Returns & Refunds

At Holman Management, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below for details on how to initiate a return or request a refund.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be in the original packaging with tags or labels (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, clearance items, or gift cards.


2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Weโ€™ll respond with instructions and return shipping details.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number, and weโ€™ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Grooming tools used or without packaging

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items
