Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery time and cost will depend on your selected shipping method at checkout:

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Holman Management is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before the item is shipped.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely, Holman Management is not responsible for:

If your package is missing or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help filing a claim, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within the United States only.
